Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to tyes.by.tara, llc within 10 business days of receipt of product. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after the receipt of product.  You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) first by contacting office@tyesbytara.com

All sales are final on intimates, permanently discounted or marked down merchandise. Sale or clearance items or international orders are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. For any inquiries concerning returns or exchanges, please contact Customer Service via email at office@tyesbytara.com or by phone 1-877-595-8937 between 8am – 8pm, Monday – Friday and 8am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday, MST.

RETAIL STORES PURCHASES

If you made the purchase at one of our retail partners please contact them for their return and exchange policy.

PROMOTION INFORMATION

Any product purchased during a promotion related to a "gift with purchase" can be exchanged for the full value of the invoiced price. If the exchange is below the promotional gift threshold, the gift must be returned or you will be charged for the full price of the gifted product. Gifted product cannot be returned or exchanged.

ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

An agreement for tyes.by.tara, llc ("Seller") to sell goods to you ("Purchaser") is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed. Seller's charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by Purchaser.

Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.

 

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 9AM MST with Express shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM MST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.  

All orders are shipped via United States Post Office (USPS). The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

• • First Class: Will arrive in 3-7 business days

• • Priority: Will arrive in 2-5 business days

• • Express: Will arrive in 1-2 business days

2-Day Air Shipping: Order by 12/21 to receive by Christmas

Next Day Air Shipping: Order by 12/22 to receive by Christmas

*All orders must be placed by noon on the cutoff dates listed above for same-day shipment.

BUSINESS DAYS & HOLIDAYS

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Packages do not ship on the following holidays:

INTERNATIONAL

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. tyes.by.tara, llc is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
