  • How can I pay for my purchase?
    We gladly accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Paypal. If you're based in the United States, you are also able to pay for your order in four installments using PayPal Later.
  • Is your site safe and secure?
    Yes it is. The security of our users' financial transactions is extremely important to us and we are 100% committed to protecting your information. For this reason, we use Wix Payments which complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
  • What should I do if my payment does not work?
    First, make sure that the shipping and billing details are correct. If that doesn’t work, try contacting your bank about the payment. If you’re still having an issue, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help!
  • Where do I enter my discount code?
    During the order summary stage of checkout, look for a box beneath the items list labeled with a shopping tag icon. Enter your code and click ‘apply,’ then watch the discount calculate happen. Remember only one discount code can be used per order.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    US: Standard Delivery: 2-5 Business Days Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days (excl. weekends)) All other countries: Standard Delivery: 7-14 Business Days All shipping times do not account for any unforeseen delays on the courier's end. Please also note that due to Customs in Colombia, Brazil and Mexico, shipments to these countries may experience delays.
  • What countries do you ship to?
    We are honored to ship your order from our office in Denver, Colorado to clients worldwide. We deliver with our trusted partner United States Post Office (USPS). We also ship to PO Boxes and APO or FPO addresses at this time. Please note: We are currently not shipping to Russia nor China.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    When you are ready to check out, select the method of delivery (First Class, Priority or Priority Express). After you select your method of delivery, your shipping cost will be calculated. Rates are based on weight and distance. If you are in the United States and your order is over $40, then first-class shipping is free:)
  • Will I have to pay for taxes and duties?
    All orders shipped internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. TYES BY TARA is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.
  • Can I return my item(s)?
    Yes. We take enormous pride and love in all our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from! If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied you can return or exchange your item(s) within 10 days of delivery. Note: Niptyes and E-Gift Cards are final sale. Please Note: Shipping, tariffs and VAT is non-refundable all return shipping must be prepaid
  • How do I make a return?
    Please send us an email or use our Contact Page within 10 days from the day you receive your purchase. Then, we will send you step-by-step instructions for returning your items. Please note: All return shipping must be prepaid.
