After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you within 24-48 hours. This does not include weekends and holidays. Please allow 3-7 business days for USPS ground delivery. Please note, TYESBYTARA.COM cannot always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of this via email. Orders received by 12:00 PM MST will be processed and shipped within 24 hours from that business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM MST will be processed and shipped the following business day. We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays.

In order to ensure timely delivery of your package, we cannot allow changes to an order once submitted over the website.

TYESBYTARA, LLC is not responsible for Duty and Freight Charges for International Orders.

International Shipping Charges vary per country and weight of package. You will receive your shipping cost and your final total by email prior to shipping.

We make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as possible. However, there are some conditions which may cause delays:  Inconsistent credit card information and billing and/or shipping information may delay your order, Orders placed after the cut off time of 12:00pm MST are processed the next day, USPS Ground Service may take 6-10 days to reach some destinations.

 RETURNS

WWW.TYESBYTARA.COM wants you to be totally satisfied with your GET TYED experience!!  We give our customers 14 days from receipt to return or exchange your item.  If you are not totally happy with your purchase, and wish to return or exchange your unworn and undamaged TYESBYTARA merchandise, you must first request an Return Authorization (RA).  No returns or exchages will be accepted without an RA number.

Requesting an RA (Return Authorization)

You can request an RA by emailing us at info@tyesbytara.com or calling us at 303-941-9117.  You will receive a reapply within 24 business hours.  Please note that RA numbers are only valid for 20 days.  Items must be received within 20 days for an order to be returned or exchanged.  If an RA is received after the 20 day window the package will be refused and sent back to the shipper. 

All TYESBYTARA merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it shipped with the original invoice within 14 days of receipt.  TYESBYTARA will exchange it or credit your credit card used for the original purchase.  When sending your item(s), we advise using an insured carrier.  This will enable you to track your package more easily.  Please note that TYESBYTARA.COM cannot assume responsbility for packages that are lost, damaged or stolen in the mail. 

If you wish to make a return or exchange to TYESBYTARA.COM, please follow these four easy steps:

  • Make a Copy of the Original Invoice
  • Write the RA number provided on the invoice and on the front of the box.
  • Write on the invoice whether you wish to recieve credit back or to make an exchange.  For exchanges, please indiciate on the invoice what merchandise you would like in exchange.
  • Securely pack and seal your return, don't forget the invoice.
  • Packages must be pre-paid.  We cannot accept COD deliveries.
  • All credits will be posted to the original tender, no exceptions.

TYE & RHINESTONE CARE

TYESBYTARA uses the highest quality fabric, lace and components available.  To maintain the level of quality intended, periodic care is neccessary.  

TYESBYTARA uses high thread count fabric.  Frequent washing in harsh detergants and/or intense direct sun exposure may cause fading or discoloration. To maintain color integrity, wash less frequently and stay out of direct sunlight for long periods of time.

We also use high quality SWAROVSKI crystals on most of our products.  A soft cloth with alcohol is the best way to gently clean rhinestone jewelry. Since the sparkle of rhinestones is the reflection of the foil backing on each stone, it is important: Do Not use any solvent that can destroy or affect this backing. Water and other liquids can cause the foil to separate or tarnish, ruining the rhinestone.

Silver plating that is used in the silver chains may cause silver sensitivity.  This manifests itself in the form of contact dermatitis, a rash that appears at the point of contact.  We encourage users to test the silver before wearing it for a long time.
