RETURN POLICY
We want you to be totally satisfied with your GET TYED experience.  We give our customers 5 days from the day you receive your order to return or exchange it.  If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you must first request a Return Authorization(RA).  You can call 1+877+595+TYES or email our customer service department at service@tyesbytara.com.  
 
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RA number.
 
You will receive a reply within 24 business hours.  Please note that RA numbers are valid for 5 days.  Items must be received within 5 days for an order to be return or exchanged.  If an RA is received after the 5-day window the package will be refused and sent back to the shipper.  All returns and exchanges must be authorized. All returns will be posted to the original tender, no exceptions. 
 
All TYESBYTARA merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it shipped within 5 days of receipt.  When sending your item(s), we advise using an insured carrier.  This will enable you to track your package more easily.  Please note that TYESBYTARA.COM cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost, damaged or stolen in the mail.  All return/exchange shipping is at the customer's expense. 
 
If you wish to make a return or exchange to TYESBYTARA.COM, please perform the following steps:
  • Make a Copy of the Original Invoice
  • Write the RA number provided on the invoice.
  • Please indicate on the invoice what merchandise you would like in exchange (if applicable).
  • Securely pack and seal your return.
  • Ship your return/exchange with an Insured carrier. 
  • Packages must be pre-paid.  We cannot accept COD deliveries.

Reasons for Denied Return Authorizations
In all shipments, we include care instructions for our products. Please understand that all tyesbytara products are fragile and need your love after purchase to maintain their style. Hairsprays, lotion, perfumes, air fresheners and detergents will cause damage to items used to make your jewelry. The alcohol and oil content of certain products will cause dulling and cracking. The shape of bows may become deformed and discolored when in contact with direct moisture. We take pride in making this jewelry for you and we hope that you will love it and wear it for the years to come. 
 
tyesbytara cannot be held liable for such damage, as indicated above. We provide all our customers the necessary tools to maintain their get tyed experience. 
 
SHIPPING POLICY
 
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Our goal is to deliver your order in a timely and accurate fashion.  Each order is handpicked with our signature get tyed wrapping. We conveniently offer three flat-rate shipping options for U.S Protectorates (including the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico):
 
First Class: 3-10 Business Days
Priority: 2-5 Business Days
Overnight: 1-2 Business Days

After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you within 24-48 hours. This does not include weekends and holidays. Occasionally we offer free shipping, in these circumstances we use USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.  Please note, TYESBYTARA.COM cannot always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of this via email. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order at anytime, please email us at service@tyesbytara.com.

Orders received by 12:00 PM MST will be processed and shipped within 24 hours from that business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM MST will be processed and shipped the following business day. We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays.

In order to ensure timely delivery of your package, we cannot allow changes to an order once submitted over the website.  So please be careful when checking out. 
 
We make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as possible. However, there are some conditions which may cause delays:  Inconsistent credit card information and billing and/or shipping information may delay your order, Orders placed after the cut off time of 12:00pm MST are processed the next day, USPS Ground Service may take 6-10 days to reach some destinations.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
 
tyesbytara has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from tyesbytara. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
