DO YOU ACCOMMODATE CUSTOM REQUESTS?
From time to time we accommodate very limited custom requests based upon our production schedule. If you would like to request a custom design, email info@tyesbytara.com.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN LEAD?
Absolutely not. We only use a high quality, lead-free chain in all of our designs. We acknowledge the harmful effects that lead has on your health and the environment.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY TYE?
In every purchase we include a list of tips to care for your tye such as never leaving your tye in direct sunlight, not bathing with your tye and keeping cleaning solutions away.

I NEED TO MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE? WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
I PURCHASED A TYES.BY.TARA ITEM FROM ANOTHER ONLINE RETAILER, CAN I RETURN IT TO TYESBYTARA.COM?
Unfortunately, we can only accept items that were purchased through the tyesbytara.com interface. The item is subject to the return/exchange policy enforced by the venues. If you receive a Return Authorization from us, you have a 5-day window to get it to us and all shipping must be pre-paid.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
Yes. If you receive a Return Authorization from us, you have a 5-day window to get it to us and all shipping must be pre-paid.
SHIPPING
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?
Yes. Simply input the address you wish us to ship it to in the "shipping address" fields upon checkout.
DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE?
No. You don't need to sign for your package. If you are not at home, USPS will leave a notice to arrange a better delivery time when you are available.
CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Yes. We will notify you upon receipt of your order that it is processing. We typically ship 24-48 hours after your order has been placed. Upon shipping, we provide you a tracking number with instructions on how to check the status of your order throughout the delivery process.
DO YOU SHIP C.O.D?
No, we currently do not ship C.O.D.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, we deliver to all of the U.S. Protectorates (including the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico) through our checkout process. tyesbytara.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers outside U.S. Protectorates. Simply place the items you wish to purchase in your shopping bag and select "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International Credit Card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquires should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.
